Kids Fun N' Fit Club
The Kids Fun n' Fit Club is a sports and exercise program designed for kids ages 7-12.  Your children will learn the fundamentals of various athletic activities in a fun and safe envirnoment.  This programs seeks to develop a life-long passion for physical activity and sport, and prepares your child for participating in community and school-based sports.

Program Objectives
- Learn how to have fun and develop a love of sports & physical activity
- Obtain the basic skills required to participate in a wide variety of sports
- Learn agility training, basic weight training, and hand-eye coordination
- Learn how to use their bodies for core strength
- Learn the importance of quality nutrition
- Develop good sportsmanship and teamwork

There are no tryouts or "cuts", so all students - athletic and non-athletic, fit and unfit, boys & girls...all will benefit.

Our example routine for these 45 minute-1 hour sessions:
