Shawna Mendelson With over 14 years of experience, Shawna educates, trains and coaches her clients from all
walks of life. Her clientele range from Lawyers, Doctors and Housewives to Athletes, Children and Seniors.
Shawna is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, as well as being certified in nutrition. Shawna's passion
is powerlifting and is a World Champion and well renowned in her sport.
Patrick Mannetta Patrick's
Certifications have been achieved through American Council on Exercise and East Coast Instructor Training School. With
over 31 years in all forms of weight training, flexibility and nutrition Patrick's sessions include general fitness and weight
loss. Clientele include everyone from students to seniors, as well as those with disabilities. Michael Perrucci, Jr. Michael is Certified
by the American Aerobic Association International & International Sports Medicine Association, and has been training
for over 15 years. He specializes in weight and strength programs, athletic training and has a broad clientele ranging
from men, women, young adults and athletes of all ages. Michael's training philosophy encompasses not
only exercise but encourages overall changes to promote personal well being and confidence. Deborah Carmichael Having been Certified by The
American Council on Exercise, Debbie's training experience spans nearly 20 years. Focusing on body toning
and sculpting, Debbie combines weight and strength, functional, and sports training into her programs. Post injury and
senior members also rely heavily on Debbie's knowledge to design a program specifically for them and is conscious
of their physical restrictions. Tami Racaniello Tami is Certified through
Hofstra Academy of Applied Personal Training Education as a personal trainer and is also Pilates Certified focusing on anatomy
and kinesiology. Tami trains clients who have previous injuries as well as those just out of rehabilitation.
By using Bosu balls, bands, balance balls, tubing, body bars and medicine balls, Tami increases the variety and effectiveness
of the workout.
