New-Wave Cardio Bootcamp

Mondays          9:00am-10:00am     with Liz Perciballi

All encompassing!  Cardio pilates stretching and weights.  Designed for a well

rounded workout that provides weight loss by cardio intervals.  Muscle toning and

strong core by weight training and pilates.  Balance and flexibility will be worked on

throughout class as well.  Great for everyone!

 

Saturdays         8:00am-9:00am     with DeeDee Houck 

This circuit training is a spin on boot camp style training and a great way to get a full body workout.  DeeDee incorporates Circuit Training with lower/upper Functional, Core, Rotational AB exercises, TRX suspension and resistance training to bring your workouts to the next level.  Great for men and women alike looking to mix up their routine.
